About Greg Fazio

Greg Fazio is a Senior Loan Officer at Millennium Home Mortgage, known for his high-quality customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Real estate runs in his family — his mother spent 25 years as a real estate agent and his father built a career as a home builder and contractor — and Greg himself spent six years as a real estate agent before moving into the mortgage industry. That background gives him a rare, well-rounded perspective on the entire transaction, from the deal itself to the financing that makes it happen. 

With five years of mortgage experience and a strong focus on banking relationships, Greg guides clients through one of life's most significant financial decisions with clarity and confidence. He proudly serves homebuyers throughout all of New Jersey, with a focus on Somerset, Morris, Union, and Essex counties. 

Outside of work, Greg is a devoted husband and father to young twins, and he stays active as a drummer, golfer, and pickleball and tennis player.
